Clubs at CCJ
We offer a range of morning and after school clubs where children can take part in various activities to express themselves, keep active and learn new skills. Our clubs are run by experienced professionals who are all DBS checked.
LTD (Love To Dance)- Karen runs both before and after school and evening dance clubs for pupils in the main hall which is transformed into a dance studio. Whether your child wants to just dance for fun or compete, she offers a great range of classes such as Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Musical theatre. All groups have the opportunity to perform at both the LTD summer/winter show and represent CCJ at festivals
Mudpie Explorers- Damon and his team focus on spending after school sessions in our lovely Forest School area where children have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of the natural world. They also get to learn a variety of new skills including tool use, rope work, fire lighting campfire cooking and more.
Premier Sports- Paul’s clubs allow children to try a little bit of everything as well as help to develop their confidence and teamwork skills. Fun activities include ball games, dance, gymnastics, art and much, much more! Children will be encouraged to work as a team, develop new skills and have the opportunity for recognition through certificates and awards.
As well as our permanent clubs, we often run a range of lunchtime and after school clubs led by our teachers such as maths, woodwork, art or sports.
How to book....
Children in receipt of pupil premium can have the cost of 1 club per term covered by school funding. Please speak to the club organiser or school office if this applies and you would like your child to be considered for a fully funded place on any one of our clubs.
